Killer headache? Migraines hike stroke risk

- I've suffered from migraines since I was 18. I'm now 44 yrs. old. They've gotten worse and more frequent over the last three years or so, prompting me to seek a preventative medication. I tried Topomax, which did nothing for me and had nasty side-effects. I could bare it for only 3-4 months.
